Salzburg’s FPÖ leader Marlene Svazek spent the second weekend of Advent in the Big Apple. Wilfried Haslauer’s deputy was in New York on the sidelines of a fundraising gala for young Republicans, where donations were collected for Donald Trump’s re-candidacy. Speech by the ex-president included.
Marlene Svazek went to the US last weekend. The Salzburg FPÖ leader and deputy governor traveled to New York to participate in a gala organized by America’s oldest and largest club of young Republicans. He invited people to his annual gala event on Wall Street on Saturday. Former President Donald Trump was the star guest of the evening.
Vilimsky as guest of honor
But Svazek didn’t travel to New York alone. She traveled to the fundraising event together with Harald Vilimsky and other FPÖ and AFD politicians. Vilimsky, who was even mentioned as a guest of honor by the young Republicans, has been a guest at previous Republican galas.
Also Giuliani and Bannon there
The ex-president, who will likely be the Republican candidate for the highest office in the US next year, was without a doubt the most important speaker at the gala. Trump intimate Rudy Giuliani and right-wing conservative publicist and advisor Steve Bannon were all on the honors list. The cheapest tickets in regular sales start at 699 dollars (almost 650 euros).
Svazek’s visit to the US was revealed by German perfume expert and millionaire influencer Jeremy Fragrance, who briefly shared a selfie with the FPÖ politician from Großgmain with his millions of fans on social media (see above).
