The motion of censure to impeach Ibarrola is beginning to have consequences for other institutions

In this sense, the PSN explains that Cerdán chairs this entity because of UPN’s “irresponsibility and internal problems.” He adds that his election was the result of three blank votes from as many UPN council members.

“The responsibility I had to take on as president of the association was a consequence of UPN’s failure to reach an agreement with itself,” says Cerdán, who adds that despite all this he has undertaken “intense work to solve the most immediate problems and provide good service to the people who depend on the entity”.
