The Civil Chamber of High Council has made a statement whereby affirms the ruling issued on July 21, 2021 by the First Section of the Provincial Court of Álava, declaring that the right of association of Maiorga Ramírez had been violated by Eusko Alkartasuna and annulling the primary proceedings in which her candidacy was submitted. Moreover, the ruling, which has now been ratified, called for a repetition of the primary process with the approval of a new arrangement.
In this way, the Supreme Court dismissed the extraordinary appeal for procedural violation and the appeal in cassation filed by Eusko Alkartasuna against ruling 568/2021 of July 21, issued by the First Department of the Provincial Court of Álava, and convicted the appellant. to pay the costs of the rejected extraordinary appeals due to procedural error and cassation.

He also recalled that the courts recently annulled the expulsions of main candidate Maiorga Ramirez and the coordinators of the various provinces of Euskadi and Navarre, Iratxe López de Aberasturi, Mikel Goenaga, Miren Aranoa and Esther Corres.
