Constitutional reform is coming this Tuesday to the plenary session of Congress and its approval, which requires the support of a majority of at least three-fifths, is guaranteed by socialists and popular parties.
In addition to including Euskadi’s right to decide in an exercise agreed with the state, the PNV has committed to right to autonomy of nations and regions and eliminating the attribution to the armed forces of the function of guaranteeing the constitutional order and territorial integrity of Spain.
