The Board of Directors has given the green light for the signing of the agreement between the Gogora Institute and the Association of Victims on March 3, which will be signed on Wednesday, one day before the foundation of the Foundation.
The Memorial Foundation March 3who will be responsible for promoting the center in memory of the five workers killed by police while holding a rally on March 3, 1976, will be established on Thursday, February 15.
The date of establishment on Thursday of this Foundation before a notary was already announced by Radio Euskadi and confirmed today by the Minister of Equality, Justice and Social Policy, Nerea Melgosa, who will preside over this body.
The Board of Directors has given green light for the signing of the agreement between the Institute for Memory, Coexistence and Human Rights, Gogora, and the Association of Victims of March 3which will take place next Wednesday, one day before the Foundation’s creation.
This agreement aims to collaborate between both parties to provide historical, material, documentary and exhibition resources for the process of creating the March 3 Memorial space.
On the other hand, the document states that The rehabilitation and adaptation works of the church building will be carried out in the years 2025 and 2026 and the creation of the Memorial space.
