The 88 accounts are linked to individuals or legal entities under investigation for the alleged collection of irregular commissions for the sale of masks at the beginning of the pandemic.

The National Court judge investigating the alleged collection of irregular commissions for awarding mask contracts during the pandemic has ordered the blocking of 88 bank accounts.

Through an order dated February 19, to which Europa Press has had access, Judge Ismael Moreno issued the blocking and preventive embargo of the said accounts, as well as the ban on the disposal of the balances and interest accrued on the bank accounts. products related to each of them.

The investigating judge in the Koldo case therefore expressly prohibits any provision on these accounts, “regardless of the type of connection, and must also disable or suspend the login details, keys and/or electronic signature that make it possible to use the electronic or telematic banking systems”.
