In February, the Spanish and Basque governments reached an agreement on the transfer to Euskadi of three powers: the Cercanías railway service, the accreditation of university degrees and social integration pathways for immigrants.
The Joint Commission for State Transfers with Euskadi will meet on Monday, March 11 to ratify the last three transfers agreed with the Basque government.
The meeting will take place telematically, the Basque government’s Ministry of Public Administration and Self-Government said, and the Minister of Public Administration and Self-Government, Olatz Garamendi, will make statements at the end, around 6 p.m.

These three transfers are part of the agreement between PSOE and PNV for the nationalists to support the investiture of Pedro Sánchez, and these were to be completed in the first quarter of the year.
