The Provisional Commission on Incompatibilities must submit an opinion to the Plenary Assembly within a maximum period of twenty days in which the situation of the parliamentarians will be analyzed to determine whether any of them is incompatible for the position due to other activities.
The plenary session at which the opinion on incompatibilities will be adopted is planned May 23the day when the Speaker of Parliament, Bakartxo Tejeria, will announce the date of the plenary session of the investiture of the next lehendakari.
