The Minister of Autonomous and Public Policy of the PSE-EE, Ekain Rico, has insisted that the election results achieved by his party in Euskadi this Sunday confirm the “upward trend”.
In statements to Radio Euskadi, and before the party leadership meets at 4:30 PM for an official lecture and review, the Socialist representative analyzed the results of the European elections in which EH Bildu, part of the Now Repúblicas coalition, won the elections. Euskadi, with 26.4% of the votes, followed by the PSE, with 25.92% of the votes. According to Rico, the results “confirm the upward trend” of the Basque socialists and influenced EH Bildu’s victory in Euskadi “at least”.
