After the event, which starts at 10am, the first government council will take place chaired by the new Lehendakari, Imanol Pradales.
The 15 council members of the new Basque government will take office this morning at 10:00 am in Ajuria Enea, an act that will see the executive presided over by Imanol Pradales.
The Lehendakari will read out the appointment decisions of all the people who will form the new government, after which they will pledge their position one by one.
The members of the board of the Basque parliament and representatives of the PNV and the PSE-EE, the parties that form the governing coalition, will be present at the inauguration.
After the inauguration, the Lehendakari will speak to the media and the entire Board will take the official photo outside Ajuria Enea. The advisors will also appear before the media. After the event they celebrate their first council of governmentwhere they can make their first decisions.
