The PNV spokesperson in Congress has criticized the PSOE’s “never willing to touch” some issues such as the monarchy or the Secrets Act, despite having had a majority for those “structural reforms they never dare to carry on”.
Aitor Estebanspokesman for the PNV in the Congress of Deputies, believes that the PSOE refuses to process the bill of the jeltzales which aims to de inviolability of the King of Spain, following the report of the lawyers of the parliament that the proposal is contrary to the Constitution.
In an interview on Radio Euskadi’s Boulevard, the spokesperson expressed the view that, contrary to the considerations of the lawyers in Congress, the Second Title of the Constitution should have a development law in which inviolability is “interpreted” collected in the text. The opposite “leads to immobility, as the state reform is very complicated”, because of the majorities.
“If Zarzuela itself wants to stagnate, it has no future,” predicts Esteban, who believes that. the PSOE “never wanted to touch some things” such as the monarchy or the Secrets Act, despite the fact that it has had a majority for those “structural reforms they never dare to implement”. The jeltzale believes that if there have been no reforms on these points, it is “because of their fears or lack of will or conviction”. “The main party is the PSOE,” he adds.
Expansion is coming.
