The plenary session of the Congress of Deputies has reformed the law to improve the provincial regime of Navarre, placing traffic management in the hands of the regional community.

The Congress of Deputies has approved the agreement inclusion of traffic competition in the law to improve the foral regime of Navarrain order to protect the transfer to the regional community, following the agreement between the Government of Navarre and that of Spain and the approval of this reform in the Provincial Parliament.
The plenary session of the House of Representatives has supported the reform and the transfer 179 votes in favor and 169 againstthat of PP and Vox, who have argued that they are the consequence of an agreement between the government and the PSOE with EH Bildu, and without any abstention, so it will now go to the Senate, where it is expected to be rejected by the absolute popular majority and will return to Congress for final approval.
The reform was defended from the podium by the Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Angel Victor Torresin which it is emphasized that the project is the result of a dialogue between the State and the leadership of Navarra and is supported by the social majority of Navarra, expressed in a parliamentary majority.
