Takeover of shooters
The actual radicalization happens in stages: there are ‘light messages’ on Tiktok, and more radicalization happens on Telegram. The age of radicalized youth is getting younger. But the takeover is also about finding shooters. According to Pisoius, lowering the age of criminal responsibility from fourteen to twelve or even ten would not be an ideal solution: “That is not the golden solution.”
Also, a possible monitoring of the courier services would not be entirely clear. Pisoiu: “The main question is how this should be done. In any case, there probably cannot be general mass surveillance.”
