EITB Focus has asked citizens about the policies pursued by the new Lehendakari during these 100 days of government. Voters from all parties have approved the new Executive’s work, close to a score of 6 out of 10.
Basque society has approved the administration of Lehendakari Imanol Pradales as head of the Basque government, after 100 days in office. According to the September 2024 EITB Focus survey, the average rating given to the new Executive is 5.99 out of 10.
The research shows that six out of ten people have given a rating between 5 and 10 to the new Basque government. In addition, one in four respondents He has preferred not to judge the work of the executive branch.
If we look at the data taking into account the respondents’ place of residence, we see that the best score for the Pradales cabinet he comes from Bizkaia, with an average score of 6.24. It is followed by Gipuzkoa, with a score of 5.79, and Araba, with a score of 5.51.
In terms of age they are over 65 years who give a higher rating to the work of Lehendakari Pradales and his government team (6.84).
Strangely enough, the voters of all parties They approve of the work of the new Basque executive, with those of the PNV giving Pradales the highest score (7.09), followed by the voters of the PSE-EE (government partner of the PNV), with an average score of 6 .74, and of the PP, with 5.49. The EITB Focus survey also examines the level of knowledge that citizens have about the current coalition government. So eight out of ten citizens know that the PNV governs in coalition, while only 5.8% claim that the Yeltzales control the executive branch alone.

Knowledge of leaders
When asked about the knowledge of the CAV parliamentarians and the assessment of their work, the Lehendakari reached a high level of knowledgedespite the fact that it has been less than a year since the public learned of his designation as a PNV candidate.
