A mayor in municipalities with more than 20,000 inhabitants earns almost two and a half times more than a local mayor in municipalities with less than 1,000 inhabitants. We asked Johannes Pressl, president of the community association, what he thinks about income levels and provided facts and figures about trust surveys and salary scales.
“Our activities are well received by citizens.
