Lieutenant General Gan Pampols will assume the vice presidency for the restoration of the Valencian Generalitat

The new Vice President’s duties will include designing a recovery plan and coordinating reconstruction efforts in the areas affected by DANA on October 29.

The Lieutenant General of the Army, Francisco José Gan Pampolswill assume the vice-presidency of the Valencian government for economic and social recovery, as reported on Tuesday by the Generalitat.

This Vice-Presidency was created to centralize all the Consell’s actions aimed at the recovery and economic and social normalization of the province of Valencia and especially in the municipalities affected by the crisis. DANA from last October 29.

The new vice president’s duties will include designing a recovery plan and coordinating the work of reconstruction of affected areasHe will therefore also be responsible for chairing the Interdepartmental Commission responsible for organizing and coordinating all departments of the Consell aimed at the reconstruction process of the affected regions.

Another function that Francisco José Gan Pampols will take on is the development of a protection plan to deal with possible natural disasters that entail risks for the population.

Francisco José Gan Pampols, 66 years old, has served missions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Afghanistan and is currently retired as he has reached legal age.
