Styria is electing a new state parliament – and we know from the past: the Green Mark is always good for a surprise. Whether the FPÖ will actually take the state governor away from the ÖVP, as all surveys predict, you can follow the most exciting information and important events surrounding the elections in our live ticker. Above we also have the “crown” elephant around for you to look at.
The most important in short:
- Editor-in-chief Klaus Herrmann explains to us why Styria has always been unpredictable (in elections).
- In Graz and the surrounding area, nine parties are on the ballot, in the remaining three constituencies only the six already represented in the state parliament: ÖVP, SPÖ, FPÖ, Greens, KPÖ and NEOS.
- For the “Styria Survey” we examined not only politics, but also the state – here are the most exciting results from Schladming to Fehring.
- For reference we have the “Krone” elephant round (see also video above) including analysis and behind the scenes.
- Nearly 942,000 Styrians are called upon to cast their votes. From 4 p.m. you will find the first results here on krone.at.
The starting situation: the ÖVP clearly won in 2019 ahead of the SPÖ and the FPÖ. Today, the FPÖ is clearly at the forefront of investigations.
To whom you as Styrians should give your vote
