The Court of Instruction No. 3 of the city of Tolosa in Gipuzkoan has summoned the legal representative of the Sortu youth, Ernai, to testify before the demolition of the Franco-cross on Mount Buruntza in December last year, after the lawsuit brought by the Spanish Foundation of Christian Lawyers.
The court is calling on Ernai’s representative to testify as the defendant on July 18 at 11 a.m. This due diligence will be performed through the video conferencing system.
Ernai, through a video broadcast on social networks on December 18 last year, undertook the demolition of the Buruntza Cross erected in 1939 “in honor of the fallen fascists”
