The American head of the state of Donald Trump wants to oblige Ukraine war to deliver rare earth to Washington in exchange for the United States. The US government now wants to negotiate a corresponding agreement with KYIV.
It is an “exchange for what we give you”, Trump said in an interview with reporters in Washington. The government in Kiev is ready, said the Republican.
Rare earths are metals that you need to produce smartphones, electric cars and other high-tech products. They are mainly encouraged by Chinese hands. Ukraine has around five percent of the global mineral resources.
