PNV and PSE-EE have submitted changes to their own tax reform project in the general boards to try to reach agreements with an opposition group in Álava and Gipuzkoa, including the rise of 19,000 to 20,000 euros the exempt amount of taxes in IRPF.

This Friday the deadline for groups ended in Allava and Gipuzkoa to present their allegations to the Foral Standard Project, something that the parties that support the Foral Government have also made.

In Álava and Gipuzkoa, more than thirty accusations and sources of the parties have been explained that more than a dozen wants to favor the agreement with other groups, because nationalists and socialists in both areas need the support of a number of opposition party to carry out the reform.

Among other things, they propose changes to increase to 20,000 euros, the amount of the working income that is exempt from presenting the IRPF statement, a maximum that is set at 19,000 euros in the original project.

This limit also applies in joint tax for each of the taxpayers who obtain this amount in returns. Neither would they be obliged to explain the gross revenues of capital and assets that are not jointly higher than 1,600 euros per year.

In their changes, on the other hand, nationalists and socialists introduce a new deduction in corporation tax to encourage the establishment of employment for children under 36 years of age and women.

The deduction for ordinary housing rental up to 35 %increases, as well as the limit to 2,800 euros annual deduction for large and a few parant families.

Also in housing, the two groups propose to reduce income limit from 85,000 to 80,000 euros to which taxpayers can be to take advantage of the deduction of housing.

PNV and PSE-EE propose to increase the bonus to 60 % of the yields of public intervention homes and those in tension areas.

With regard to the tax on capital income, they propose to apply the rate to the liquid savings basis, which reduces the lower type that applies to this income and the types of the highest increase. That is why it is proposed to allow the type applicable to 7,500 euros in 19 % and to extend to 28 % for a liquidable basis of savings of more than 300,000 euros.
