After Junts withdraw the issue of trust last week to the President of the GovernmentPedro Sánchez, at the request of the international verifier, the negotiations between the two parties have resumed until they reach this agreement.
The most important pitfalls for the delegation of immigration competencies in Catalonia were in the presence of the Mossos d’Squadra in border spaces, the management of removal orders of the Generalitat and the issue of the identity numbers of the foreigners (NIE), three issues for which the Ministry of the Interior was expressed.
It is unknown for the moment of how this delegation or the prints of the proposition of organic law will come true.
