State government – What was the implementation? Neos demands transparency

Date:

How much has already been processed? And all the points for everything? While the pinks propose a “government monitor”, the ÖVP and FPö see the work agreement as a “party agreement”.

Political current account: at the end of February, the ÖVP and FPö announced as part of a press conference that they have already implemented 45 percent of the government agreement. The Neos wanted to know more about it and then took an investigation into the members of the state government.

Government members answered
Now the answer from all members of the state government is there – and for a while and not very informative. The statement of the ÖVP and FPö: the “Lower Austria continued to bring Lager Austria” is a political agreement between the People’s Party and the freedom and therefore no action of the state administration. It is noted that it has dealt with 2237 agenda items since the elections.

Vienna offers “Government Monitor”
A look at the state border with the federal capital shows that it is also a bit more informative: in Vienna a “government monitor” is currently and fully informed about the implemented projects of the city council.

The spokeswoman for Neos Indra Collini therefore does not see pink, but red: “The state government is unveiled for media productions. But when it comes to details, there is suddenly silence. ÖVP and FPö can tell everything, even fairy tales, and the citizens must believe them. Because there is no transparent government monitor in the Lager.”
