The police officers probably did not expect this: on Tuesday a man in Zurich jumped off the balcony during a house search. He lost several meters and was seriously injured, the police said.
The researchers of the Zurich city police came to the man’s apartment on Tuesday around 5:30 am. They had a demonstration and house search from the public prosecutor in their luggage. But the search was different than expected.
“In the course of the house search, the tenant of the apartment suddenly fell and for reasons that were still inexplicable on the balcony parquet,” said the Swiss city police. There were no signs “for such a reaction” of the man for that.
The man fell several meters from the balcony. The police officers provided first aid after autumn. He was taken to a hospital by the alarmed rescue workers with life -threatening injuries.
