The US government of Donald Trump does not exclude the suspension of the fundamental rule of law in the fight against illegal migration. The Constitution makes it possible for the Habeas Corpus principle to be suspended in times of an invasion, Vice -Chef Stephen Miller said when he was asked by a journalist.
Habeas Corpus is a rule of law that guarantees protection against random arrest and freedom report. The possible suspension of the principle is now looking at, Miller continues. “A lot depends on whether the dishes do the right or not.”
Trump runs a heavy course in migration. It describes the inflow of migrants on the southern border as an “invasion” and has declared a national emergency situation – this is the basis for further measures.
Not any case can be checked
In the case of different deportations, there are doubts about the legality of the US government procedure. The plans are partly thwarted by the judiciary, which Trump annoys. He claims that there are too many illegally emigrated migrants – not any case cannot be checked separately. Instead, those who are affected must be considered ‘as a group’.
