Former spokesman for EH Bildu in Vitoria Gasteiz City Council, Miren Larrion, will not have to serve the three-year prison term sentenced in May by Vitoria-Gasteiz Criminal Court No. 2. As expected eldiario.es, Larrion must comply 250 days of community work and must make “payment in monthly payments of not more than 150 euros of the 2,835 euros in criminal fine”.
The court sentenced Watch Larrion up to three years in prison for two crimes of false documents, marital status usurpation and theftwho seized an employee’s portfolio and documentation in 2021, “with the intent to obtain an illegitimate asset advantage”.
Miren Larrión tendered his resignation in February 2021 due to “certain facts of a personal nature” and that, when accepting his resignation, EH Bildu recognized as facts that “would violate the code of ethics fully endorsed by both public and organic views of the sovereignty of the left”.
