War will “take longer”
In the past few days, Merz gave the impression that he had completely left faith in a solution at the negotiating table. Wars usually end through economic or military exhaustion of one of the two parties or on both sides, he said on Tuesday when he visited Finland. “We are clearly far from that in this war.
