The government has agreed a pension package that must be decided in the National Council in July. The partial council will supplement a partial pension in the future. From next year it will be possible to continue to work and at the same time obtain part of the stored pension. If the savings in the pension system are not sufficient by 2030, there is also a sustainability mechanism that requires the future government to continue measures.
The sustainability mechanism is “a legal absolute output coverage for the pension system,” said Neos Club chairman Yannick Shetty on Wednesday during a press conference. This should be in force in 2030. If there is no savings in the guest houses by that time, the government must choose from a bundle with possible measures – it can, for example, increase the legal age of the pension aging.
In 2030 the costs of the dungeons are expected to increase the effect of an increase in the actual retirement age by one year – Shetty spoke about less than 2.5 billion euros. Once a year, the Minister of Social Affairs will also be obliged to provide the National Council a report on the sustainable protection of the pension system.
Partial administration as a “win-win situation”

Working hours can be reduced between 25 and 75 percent, depending on the extent that you get a certain share of the amount that is saved on the pension account for reward.

In the meantime, taxes and contributions for social security would still be paid for “win-win situation” for the state and rights.
The government wants to keep people employed
The most important thing is to keep people employed, especially the older, emphasized Spö Club chairman Philip Kucher. In the meantime, pension failure and an increase in the legal starting age must be prevented. Other planned measures include the establishment of a stimulus and monitoring system for employment financing from the age of 60 or the expansion of age-suitable jobs and prevention measures for healthy work in old age.
The partial retirement, in which you reduce working hours by 40 to 60 percent and get wage compensation, has been merged with the partial council. In the latest expansion, this leads to the fact that you cannot reduce your working hours for five years in the future, but only three years. In particular, partial pension only applies as long as no partial council is possible or there is no entitlement to a pension.
