Herbert Kickl’s Mai speech on the Urfahranermarkt in Linz now has a legal aftermath. The blue frontman took a well -known way against political competition. Spö Boss Andreas Babler, who described Kickl as the “leftkik”, was particularly criticized. The office of the public prosecutor is now also worried.
“The left sign will not make us terrible. The breeding ground will be withdrawn,” the FPö boss sounded on the day of work. The freedom also etched that the 1st May of the Spö on the Rathausplatz of Vienna marched, was much smaller than the Social Democrats would admit. “I am proud to celebrate in the beer tent. Beer tent, that is at home, tradition, lived habits.”
Completion of the immunity of Kickls
Now the Vice Chancellor has apparently submitted a presentation of the fact that the office of the public prosecutor. The judiciary investigates the suspicion of insult and has requested the abolition of the parliamentary immunity of the FPö boss.
This puts the blue even more anger. “It is really scary how thin -description the Vice Chancellor is that otherwise always distributes very cordially in the direction of FPö. (…) He seems like a real Mimosa, a princess on the pea,” General Secretary Christian Hafenecker. He accuses Babler to exploit the judiciary “to silence the opposition or critic and opponent”.
