Ukraine will make every effort to identify and punish all Russian soldiers involved in crimes as soon as possible, together with the European Union and international institutions, especially the International Criminal Court, the Ukrainian head of state said in his video. He spoke in particular about the cities of Stoyanka, Irpin and Bucha in the Kiev region.

The president had posted on Twitter late Monday about his phone conversation with Nehammer. Zelenskyy explained that he informed the chancellor about the course of the defensive struggle against the aggression of the Russian Federation and about the serious crimes committed by the occupier in the Kiev region. “I thank Austria for supporting our state,” he concluded.
