The Supreme Court has condemned the former presidents of the Junta de Andalucía. confirmed Manuel Chavez Y Jose Antonio Grinan for the ERE case.
The Provincial Court of Seville made the verdict public this Tuesday, almost a year after the trial.
The Court upheld Griñán’s conviction for an ongoing crime of subterfuge up to 10 years of disqualification from employment or public office and in a media contest involving an ongoing crime of embezzlement. He has also been accused of 6 years in prison and absolute disqualification for a period of 20 years.
In Chaves’ case, his sentence is 10 years’ disqualification from job or public office for an ongoing crime of prevarication.
