It is loyalty to the Nibelungs that links Dagmar Belakowitsch (née Jenewein) and her brother Hans-Jörg Jenewein to FPÖ leader Herbert Kickl.
Even now, Belakowitsch sided with Kickl. She describes the coverage as “outrageous fake news”. According to information from “my brother,” Belakowitsch writes, there is “no suicide note explaining his act of despair.” Everything happened only to “harm the party chairman”.
The “Krone” received confirmation from several official sources that Jenewein was found “mobile” in his private home as a result of the rescue.
The Jenewein siblings are Kickl’s rugged duo. Whenever things got tight for Kickl, Jenewein came into play. In the BVT-U committee (Kickl dismantled the intelligence service during his tenure as Minister of the Interior) he tried to avert the damage to Kickl. The Jenewein siblings held a position similar to Gerald Fleischmann’s at Sebastian Kurz. If 60 ads against ÖVPers had been found on Fleischmann’s cell phone, no one would probably have believed that Kurz knew nothing about them.
