JUrgen Kloppmanager of Liverpool, hopes so Thiago Alcántara could rejoin in team training this coming Monday.
The ‘reds’ coach assured that Thiago will “definitely” rejoin the group next Monday, but that it is too early to think that he will be able to play in the 1st round of the league of Champions, on Wednesday against Napoli.
THiago has missed Liverpool’s last five games after suffering a hamstring injury in the first Premier League match against Fulham.
The loss of Thiago, along with Jordan Henderson, put pressure on Liverpool to sign Arthur Melo at the last minutewho will be on loan from Juventus for a season at Anfield.
Liverpool’s start to the season has been very erraticwith just nine points in six games and draws against Fulham, Crystal Palace, Manchester United and Everton.
