Izan Guevara (GasGas), leader of the Moto3 world championship, is eager to reach the Motorland Alcañiz circuitscene of the Motorland Aragón Grand Prix, which he says he “did very well”.
“Let’s go to Aragón, a circuit that brings back great memories because in the last years I made a very good race and in 2020 I got three victories in a row when I played in the Moto3 Junior World Championship,” recalled Guevara in the team’s press release.
“I’m always good here, but you have to hit the ground running because this will be the first time we’ve been championship leadersbut we will continue to work in the same way as until now, riding alone and trying to always be first in the race”, said Guevara. “We will try to enjoy and face the race with the idea of getting another podium” , insists team driver GasGas.
His teammate and former championship leader, Sergio García Dols, also assures that he is “very eager to get to Aragón Well, we had two or three races where things didn’t go as we expected and it was time to change”.
“Now we are second and we have to approach the races a little differently but I am very motivated and I am confident that we will make a change and everything will be better”, said García Dols.
