Carlos Alcaraz and Rafa Nadal remain at the top of the ATP world rankings, as numbers 1 and 2respectively, in a week in which Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas rose to fifth place.
Despite losing in the first round in Astana, Alcaraz retains the position, as does Nadal who did not play this weekwhile Norwegian Casper Ruud, who also fell in the first round in Tokyo, remains on the third step of the podium.
Regarding the race of the year, the student of Juan Carlos Ferrero continues the open commanding with 6,460 Added since January and after him Nadal, at 650; and Ruud and Tsitsipas, both on 880 from Murcia.
The one from Athens has exactly surpassed the one from El Palmar with the most victories achieved in 2022. The Greek has reached 53 in 72 games while the Spaniard has 52 wins but has played nine fewer games, specifically 63.
