Date:

The French Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha YZR M1) recognized made a mistake in Thailand’s race but he recalled that “this year, in all the wet conditions like in Portimao or Japan” it “felt good”.

“In Thailand we made a mistake, so I’m not too worried and we’re ready for the rain.”sure

“I expected a better race, but we made a mistake at the start with too high tire pressure, so the end of the race was very difficult for me, but I decided not to speak after the race and I apologize to everyone that was there because it was difficult for me”, recalled the world leader and reigning champion about the Buriram race.

“We have to think about the championship, but I want to take it to every raceWell, it looks like the championship has started, but not only ‘Pecco’ is there, but also Aleix, Enea and Jack. We are five riders and the top 3 are tight, but it can be a good race for us because it is one of my favorite circuits, but in 2019 I went to the first corner and I have almost no experience here on the Yamaha”, Quartararo admitted.

The Yamaha rider referred to the Australian track as “a strange placeIn MotoGP you don’t have much time to look, but in Moto3 you have time to look at the ocean and then it has very fast corners and that’s why we love it.”

“2020 is a year where I’m fast but I’m always looking at what my rival is doing, like Joan Mir at the end. Last year I tried to be strong in every race without looking at anyone and the title gave me a lot of confidence and experience to keep my cool this season,” he said.
