Athletic will now face their rival in the Cup round of 16. The draw will be held at the sports city of Las Rozas starting at one in the afternoon. First, the four lower category teams -Ceuta (First Federation) and Alavés, Sporting and Levante (Second)- will be paired with four First Division rivals to form the first crosses. The game will be played on the field of the most moderate. The eight remaining LaLiga teams will play each other. The team that draws the ball first will play on their pitch in this single-match tie which will be played between the 17th and 19th of this month.
In addition to Athletic, the other eleven teams still alive in the top flight are Espanyol, Valencia, Villarreal, Real Madrid, Sevilla, Real Sociedad, Mallorca, Atlético, Barça, Betis and Osasuna. The rival everyone is looking forward to is Ceuta.
