The 10K BCN, the great novelty of the Barcelona Marathon, is running in unison for Ukraine

Every year the Zurich Barcelona Marathon constantly exceeding performance. For this to happen, the race organization has set the 10K start at 08:20 am, 20 minutes after the marathon starts, so that registrants can experience firsthand the queen’s best atmosphere. of athletics, as they will share the starting point and finish in the long-distance race.

Magic tours that range from more to less

The homologated 10k route will allow participants to compete on a fast circuit through long and wide streets and roads, such as Sants street, Travessera de les Corts or Tarragona street. An itinerary with few turns and that will share part of the route Zurich Barcelona Marathon. In addition, the organization will set a liquid refreshment point at kilometer 5 and on arrival participants will receive a finisher bag. Mauro Llorens explained to the MD that the best thing about participating in 10K is that “apart from being in solidarity with the people of Ukraine, the participants can live in the spirit of the Marathon because they enjoy the same services, the same presentation, in essence, of the magic of the Marató, with public applause ”and featured that“ it should be noted that 90% of the route is the same as in the Marató, on a circuit very different from the city’s standard 10K ”.
