Verdasco, 38, who entered the table thanks to the Argentine’s withdrawal Diego Schwartzmannwho resigned from Estoril due to “fatigue”, defeated Cuevas by 6-2 and 6-3, and will face the winner in the rivalry of his compatriot. Albert Ramos and the korean Soonwoo Kwonlast game this Wednesday.
There is another Spaniard who has already qualified for the quarterfinals, Alexander Davidovichwho defeated Bernabé Zapata in the round of 16 and the American took the lead Frances Tiafoe in the next round.
