Tiger Woods admits to Augusta: “I’m lucky with my feet”

“I can’t compete like I used to, but to continue sharing moments and playing is incredible,” he insisted.

He didn’t hide it and acknowledged that this year could be one of his last appearances at Augusta.

“It entered my mind that this might be my last time. I don’t know how many Masters are left, I just appreciated the moments,” he said.

“Now it’s different, I’ve always liked training, preparing for events. Now it’s much harder, I don’t play many tournaments, but the fun is different, I spend more time with my son, we create memories together, we share Mga moments that I lived with my father. The bond that has been created thanks to this sport is incredible,” he added.

On a physical level, Woods considers that this year he came to Augusta better than in 2022.

Tiger will start the Masters this Thursday at 10:18 am Eastern time in the United States (14:18 GMT) with Norwegian Viktor Hovland and Xander Schauffele.
