Blanco and the president of the Spanish Paralympic Committee, Miguel Carballeda, was in Valencia this Friday at the presentation of the FER Project (Foment Esportistes amb Reptes) of the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation, led by businessman Juan Roig.
“Every weekend the good moment of Spanish sport in all its specialties is ratified, 2022 has been an exceptional year,” said Blanco, to which Carballeda added that “the health of Spanish sport is very good.”
Carballeda explained that “it costs a lot to be among the first in the Games. We improved from Rio to Tokyo with five medals and hopefully we will continue to improve in Paris. Our people are preparing and we are proud of them.”
