Julian Nagelsman (35) joined the list of candidates for the bench of Chelsea. According to information from ‘The Times’, the German coach met on Thursday with the London club, which handles other alternatives: Luis Enrique, Mauricio Pochettino, Luciano Spalletti and Ruben Amorim.
Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart, Chelsea’s sporting directors, held the first face-to-face talks with Nagelsmann. The meeting with the former Bayern Munich manager comes as calls and meetings with other candidates continue, and sources at Stamford Bridge insist a preferred option has yet to be identified.
