The Spanish team will be, among others Switzerland, Australia and Franceseeded in the draw for the final stage of Billie Jean King Cupnext wednesday.
The draw will take place at London and the finals are coming Seville from November 7 to 12.
SwitzerlandDefending champion Australia and runners-up Australia will be the first and second seeds. Spain will be the third favorite and France, the fourth.
The twelve teams participating in the final stage will be divided into four groups of three. The winner of each group will qualify for the semifinals.
The other teams that will enter the draw are Canada, Czech Republic, Italy, Kazakhstan, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, and the United States.
Spain has won this competition, formerly known as the Federation Cup, six times.
The eight qualifiers from which the participating teams will appear in the 2024 qualifying round will also be drawn on Wednesday
