Harry Hall led the Colonials, with Harry English ace

English Harry Hall maintained his comfortable distance this Friday at Colonial after carding a 66, four under par, to continue as the leader after the second round at Charles Schwab’s challenge of the PGA in Fort Worth, Texas.

Hall had a three-shot lead after Thursday’s session, a margin he maintained through work six birdies and two bogeys in his second round at Colonial Country Club. Now he has added 128 total hits and is a -12 overall.

Hall began his afternoon round on the back nine and stumbled early with a bogey on the par-3 13th hole. However, he rallied and broke away from the leading pack with five birdies in a six-hole stretch between the 15th and 2nd, including four in a row.

Harris English he stayed in second place thanks to a hole-in-one on the eighth hole, par 3, part of the card marked with a 66, with no bogeys. He has 131 strokes and is -9 to three behind the leader.

The Argentinian Emiliano Grillo signed a 65 to place third with -8, while the Korean byeong hun an (66 on Friday), adam schenck (67) and Robby Shelton (67) is tied for fourth at -7.

He carded three birdies without a miss, one of them after a big chip on the 15th hole, to seal his 17th straight cut. He hasn’t finished below the top12 since October. He is tied for seventh at 6 under Andrew Novak (66).

Yes they missed the cut Tony Finau (+2), Sungjae Im (+2), Tommy Fleetwood (+2) and Jordan Spieth (+4). Spieth has been battling a left wrist injury, and although he made it through all four rounds of the PGA Championship last week, the Texan missed the cut at Colonial for the first time in 11 starts.
