The National Professional Football League denounced before the RFEF Competition Committee and the Anti-Violence Commission a series of chants against Iker Muniain, among others, heard in the stands of El Sadar on the occasion of the corresponding league match in between Osasuna and Athletic until the 36th day of the League.
The letter from the LNFP states, among other things, that “In the 17th minute of the game, approximately 600 local fans, located in the lower south were standing, located behind several banners that with the slogans “Lizarra”, “Osasuna” and “Graderío Sur”, they sang in a choral and coordinated way for about 10 seconds, the chant, “Muniain putero, the whole world knows it”, addressed to a visiting player”.
According to this letter, the said chant was repeated again against the Athletic captain in the 44th minute in the same sector of the aforementioned stand. In any case, this is not the only song condemned in the said report, as there are also others against Zaragoza and Real Madrid.
