A promising coach has left the Real Madrid academy

Fran Beltran announced this Thursday his departure as coach of Youth B of Real Madrid to take the reins of the first team of Marbella FC, newly promoted to second federationwhich has just now become official the hiring of the young technician from Alicante (32 years old).

Beltrán has said goodbye to the merengue club and Real Madrid through his social networks with a letter in which he explains that “After two very happy seasons, today I am leaving Real Madrid to be part of another project that fills me with enthusiasm and charges me with energy (…).

The promising Beltrán achieved the National League championship in the last two seasons where he was in charge of Real Madrid’s Juvenil B. The man from Alicante started his career in 2009 as a youth academy technician at Carolina Sports Cultural Society of Alicante. Then he went through the CD Barrio Obreroteam where he achieved the first promotion in the club’s history First Preferred Children.

In 2011 he signed for Elche grassroots footballafter participating in the elaboration of the book ‘A football coach’s philosophy and manual’, proclaimed himself league champion with Infantil A. Later he ended up in Kelme (Alicante)from cadets to youth (2012-2017).

Later he took the reins of the youth of Leonese culture and of UCAM Murcia.
