Albacete reported on Thursday that it has reached an agreement with Getafe for the loan of left-back Jonathan Silva, 29, for a season, to strengthen the white defense.
Having risen through the youth ranks of Club Estudiantes La Plata, in 2014 he made the leap to European football after his debut in Argentina’s first team, to join the ranks of Sporting de Portugal.
With the Lisbon team, he played 30 official matches between 2014-15 and 2015-16, as a participant in the 2016 Supertaça victory of the Verdiblanco team.
The following season he returned to Argentina to play, on loan, for Boca Juniors. He wore the xeneize shirt in 36 games and won the Argentine championship.
In 2017 he returned to Portugal, a country where he defended, in the second part of the course, the colors of Rome.
It was his last step before landing, in the summer of 2018, in Spain, where, in his first season, he managed to stand in the golden category of Spanish football, with CD Leganés, where he scored three goals and distributed of six helping..
