El Mundo: ‘The report against Rubiales that the Government ignored’

News continues to emerge about possible irregularities committed by Luis Rubiales. Two months later, specifically on December 25, the then president of CSD, José Manuel Francofinished rubiales has “respected the legally established procedure” and refused to raise the matter to Sports Administrative Court (TAD)
