Linares Deportivo took three points after defeating RM Castilla 2-1

Castilla did not lose to Linares Deportivo, winning 2-1 in the match held this Saturday at the Linarejos Municipal Stadium. Linares Deportivo came into the match with the aim of adding more points to the competition after drawing 0-0 in the last match against Recreativo Granada. On the visitors’ side, RM Castilla won their last match in the competition 1-2 away from home against Antequera. With this defeat, the Madrid team is in seventh position after the match, while Linares Deportivo is in eighth.

The match started in an unparalleled way for Linares Deportivo, who took advantage of the game to open the scoring thanks to a goal from Perejón in the 38th minute, ending the first half with a result of 1-0.

The second period started well for the Madrid eleven, leveling the scores with a penalty goal from Nico Paz in the 55th minute. But later the Linares eleven took the lead thanks to Hugo Díaz’s victory in front of the goal on the brink of the end, in the 86th minute, ending regulation time with a final score of 2-1.

Both coaches made moves on the benches. The Linares Deportivo coach brought in Alber Moreno, Teddy, Álex Oyón, Berlanga and Hugo Díaz for Rafa Llorente, Pepe Mena, Javi Duarte, Mawi and Samu Corral, while Castilla brought in Peter, Noel López and David González for Víctor Muñoz, César Palacios and Manuel Ángel.

The referee gave yellow cards to Manolo Molina, Samu Corral, Javier Rentero and Fran Varela on behalf of Linares Deportivo and Lucas Cañizares, David Jiménez and Nico Paz on behalf of the Madrid team.

With this result, Linares Deportivo and Castilla remain with four points each in the qualifying table.

The next day, Linares Deportivo will play against Córdoba away from home and RM Castilla will play its match against Atlético B at home.
