Isabel Rodríguezspokesperson of the minister for the Government, asserted this Tuesday, in the press conference after the meeting of the Council of Ministers, the position of the Executive regarding the crisis of the women’s group.
Asked about the role the CSD plans to play in this regard, Rodríguez insisted that “the Government is interested in the Spanish team being able to play its matches and that there is no that the Federation left Spain indiscriminately”.
He emphasized the Executive’s support for the footballers’ demands (“We want to make changes, that they are fast, that the confidence of the players has been restored”) but above all, he wants to see the national team in action again.
