“In the whole European team we play for each other”

English Tommy Fleetwood had the honor of getting the last point of victory of the European team in Ryder Cupwith the final result being 16.5-11.5 in the rivalry against USA.

“In the whole European team we play for each other and that is a big strength for our union. And a step above that is Luke, our captain, we all want to do it for him,” Fleetwood said.

“Just being a part of it is the most incredible experience. I feel relief, pride, joy and I’m so happy to be a part of it. I was a little nervous when I got to the last holes. t think I would make it victory in the end, it wasn’t planned that way, but I always have it in mind. The fans were the best, they carry us on their shoulders. We gave them a lot to encourage us, but they pushed us to the limit when we needed this,” Fleetwood added.
